1. Overview and Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the “Lenovo Backing Every Business” promotional campaign (“Campaign”), organized by SRJ Entertainment LLC (“Producer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in partnership with Lenovo Group Limited and its affiliates (“Lenovo”).
The Campaign features Eva Longoria (“Eva”) providing business-related commentary and guidance to selected participants via live and recorded sessions. Participation is facilitated through telephone calls and live-streamed video sessions broadcast on Instagram.
By participating in the Campaign, including but not limited to calling a Campaign telephone number, completing the online registration form, or engaging with any Campaign content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not participate.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, INCLUDING THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, INDEMNIFICATION, RELEASE, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ASSIGNMENT, PRIVACY PRACTICES, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROVISIONS CONTAINED HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE CAMPAIGN.

2. Eligibility
To participate in the Campaign, you must:
Be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater;
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in promotions of this nature is prohibited or restricted by law;
Be proficient in spoken English (this Campaign will be for English-speaking audiences in the listed jurisdictions);
Have access to a telephone or device capable of making calls and accessing the internet; and
Not be an employee, officer, director, or agent of Producer, Lenovo, or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, or any other entity involved in the design, production, or administration of the Campaign, or an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
Geographic Limitations: The Campaign is not available in all countries or territories. Participation may be limited or unavailable in certain jurisdictions due to local regulations, telecommunications restrictions, or operational constraints. A list of countries with dedicated Campaign telephone numbers is provided in Section 8 below.
3. How to Participate
3.1 Initial Contact
Participants may engage with the Campaign through the following methods:
Telephone: Call the country-specific telephone number listed in Section 8. Your call will be directed to a voicemail system where you may leave your details. Due to capacity limitations, the number of voicemail slots available is limited. Connection to the voicemail system is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. A member of the Producer team may contact you if you are selected to progress to the next stage of the vetting process.
Direct Outreach: The Produce may also directly contact prospective participants (“cold calling” or “cold outreach”) to invite them to participate in the Campaign. If you are contacted by the Producer, you will be directed to the Campaign website at CallEvaNow.com to read and accept these Terms and complete the online registration form before any further participation.
Online Registration: Prospective participants may be directed to complete an online registration form at CallEvaNow.com. By submitting the registration form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
3.2 Vetting, Selection, and Eligibility Standards
In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 2, the Producer reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to exclude from participation any individual or business that:
Is engaged in or associated with any business involving the manufacture, distribution, sale, or promotion of: (i) alcoholic beverages; (ii) tobacco or nicotine products; (iii) cannabis, marijuana, or controlled substances; (iv) firearms, weapons, ammunition, or explosives; (v) adult entertainment or sexually explicit content; (vi) gambling or gaming (except where legally licensed and approved); or (vii) any other products or services that, in the Producer’s or Lenovo’s sole judgment, are inconsistent with the Campaign’s family-friendly and brand-appropriate standards;
Is engaged in or promotes any political campaign, political party, political action committee, lobbying organization, or any other politically oriented activity or advocacy;
Has made, published, or is associated with statements, content, or conduct (whether on social media, in public forums, or otherwise) that is discriminatory, racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise offensive or objectionable;
Is involved in any pending or threatened litigation, regulatory investigation, or public controversy that could, in the Producer’s or Lenovo’s sole judgment, bring the Campaign, Eva, Lenovo, or any Campaign partner into disrepute;
Is a direct competitor of Lenovo or any Lenovo affiliate, or whose participation could create a conflict of interest or competitive concern; or
Otherwise fails to meet the Producer’s or Lenovo’s standards for brand suitability, as determined in their sole discretion.
The Producer may conduct background checks, social media reviews, and other due diligence on prospective participants and their associated businesses. By participating in the Campaign, you consent to such reviews and acknowledge that you may be disqualified at any stage of the vetting process without explanation or recourse.
By participating in the Campaign, you represent and warrant that: (a) all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete; (b) you are not impersonating any person or entity; (c) you have the legal authority to participate and to grant the rights set forth in these Terms; and (d) your participation will not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
Contacting the Campaign does not guarantee participation in a live session with Eva. All participants are subject to a vetting and casting process conducted at the sole discretion of the Producer. Selected participants may be invited to join a live studio session via video link, during which they will have the opportunity to interact with Eva.
3.3 Live Sessions
Selected participants who pass the vetting process may be brought into a live studio setting via video link for an approximately 15-minute session with Eva. These sessions will be broadcast live on Eva’s Instagram account and may be recorded for further Campaign use.
4. No Guarantee of Connection or Participation
By participating in the Campaign, you acknowledge and agree that:
There is no guarantee that your call or message will be connected, received, or answered;
You may not be able to connect to the Campaign number due to network congestion, technical failures, telecommunications infrastructure limitations, or other factors beyond our control;
Not all participants will be selected to speak with Eva or participate in a live session;
There is no guarantee that you will receive a response from the Producer, Eva, or any representative of the Campaign;
The Campaign operates on a limited schedule, and access may be unavailable outside designated Campaign hours;
Technical issues, including but not limited to call drops, poor audio quality, or platform outages, may affect your experience; and
The Producer reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign (in whole or in part) at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
5. Call Charges and Telecommunications Costs
IMPORTANT: While we endeavor to provide toll-free telephone numbers for as many territories as possible, we cannot guarantee that calling the Campaign will be free of charge in all regions.
By calling the Campaign, you acknowledge and accept that:
Your local telecommunications carrier or mobile network operator may charge you standard call rates, international call rates, premium rates, or data charges for calling or messaging the Campaign number;
The Campaign, Producer, and Lenovo do not guarantee toll-free access from all territories, networks, or carriers;
You are solely responsible for any and all charges incurred by you as a result of calling or messaging the Campaign, including but not limited to per-minute charges, connection fees, roaming charges, and data usage fees;
You should consult your carrier’s rate plan or contact your telecommunications provider before placing a call to understand applicable charges; and
Neither Producer, Lenovo, nor any Campaign partner shall be liable to reimburse or compensate you for any charges incurred.
6. Entertainment Purposes Only — No Professional Advice
DISCLAIMER: Any commentary, opinions, suggestions, guidance, or information provided by Eva, the Producer, or any Campaign participant during the Campaign (collectively, “Campaign Content”) is provided strictly for entertainment and informational purposes only.
Campaign Content does NOT constitute, and should not be construed as:
Professional business advice or consulting;
Financial, investment, or tax advice;
Legal advice or legal opinion;
Medical, psychological, or health-related advice; or
Any other form of professional guidance upon which you should rely in making decisions.
You should always seek independent professional advice from a qualified advisor before making any business, financial, legal, or personal decisions. Neither Eva, Producer, Lenovo, nor any Campaign affiliate accepts any responsibility or liability for any actions taken or not taken based on Campaign Content. Eva is not acting as an agent or representative of Lenovo, and her views, opinions, and advice are her own and do not represent the views, policies, or recommendations of Lenovo.
YOU EXPRESSLY RELEASE AND DISCHARGE THE CAMPAIGN PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR LIABILITIES OF ANY KIND (WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, DIRECT OR INDIRECT) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY RELIANCE ON CAMPAIGN CONTENT. IF YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, YOU HEREBY WAIVE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542, WHICH PROVIDES: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.”
Eva’s participation in the Campaign is in her capacity as a brand ambassador and entertainment personality. Her commentary reflects personal opinions and does not constitute an endorsement of any particular course of action.
7. Availability and Campaign Duration
The Campaign is a limited-time promotional activity. Please note:
The Campaign is not available in all regions, countries, or territories worldwide;
Campaign availability may vary by jurisdiction due to local regulations, licensing requirements, or operational considerations;
The Campaign will operate during a defined promotional period. Specific dates and times will be communicated via CallEvaNow.com and associated Campaign media;
Campaign hours of operation may be limited and are subject to change without notice;
The Producer reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time for any reason; and
Once the Campaign has concluded, the Campaign telephone numbers will be deactivated.

9. Recording, Broadcasting, and Content Usage
9.1 Consent to Recording
By participating in the Campaign, you expressly consent to the following:
All telephone calls, video calls, and live sessions connected with the Campaign may be recorded in audio, video, and/or other formats;
Selected sessions may be broadcast live on Eva’s Instagram account and/or other social media platforms;
Recordings may be edited, reproduced, distributed, displayed, shared, and otherwise used in connection with the Campaign and Lenovo’s broader marketing and promotional activities, including with third parties who may use the information for commercial business purposes; and
Your name, likeness, voice, image, statements, and biographical information may be used in Campaign materials without additional compensation or notice.
9.2 Two-Party Consent
In accordance with applicable laws requiring all-party consent to recording (including but not limited to California Penal Code § 632, Illinois Eavesdropping Act (720 ILCS 5/14-2), other U.S. two-party consent states, and EU member states with equivalent requirements), your participation in the Campaign constitutes your informed consent to be recorded. If you do not wish to be recorded, please do not participate. By participating, your consent also includes your informed consent that third parties listed in Section 10.4 below may receive, review, share or use the information in any recording you provide.
9.3 Live Broadcasting
If selected to participate in a live session, you acknowledge that:
The session will be broadcast in real-time on Instagram Live and may be viewed by the public;
You will be visible and/or audible to the live audience via video link;
Live broadcasts cannot be “undone” once broadcast; content that has been viewed by the audience cannot be retracted; and
The Producer may, but is not obligated to, edit or remove recordings after the live broadcast.
9.4 Content Usage Rights
You grant to Producer and Lenovo a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, and otherwise exploit any content arising from your participation (including your name, likeness, voice, image, and statements) in any media or format now known or hereafter developed, for promotional, advertising, commercial, and Campaign-related purposes. This license shall survive the termination or expiration of the Campaign and these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license and that your participation and the content arising therefrom do not infringe or violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
10.1 Data Controller
For the purposes of applicable data protection legislation (including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”) as retained under the Data Protection Act 2018, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (“EU GDPR”), the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (Cal. Civ. Code §§ 1798.100–1798.199.100) (“CCPA/CPRA”), the Brazil Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (the “LGPD”), the India Digital Personal Data Protection Act of 2023 (the “DPDPA”), the Japan Act on the Protection of Personal Information (“APPI”), the Mexico Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “LFPDPPP”), , and other applicable U.S. state privacy laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana (as of Jan. 1, 2027), Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oklahoma (as of Jan 1, 2027), Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia), the data controller is:

10.2 Personal Data Collected
In connection with the Campaign, we may collect and process the following categories of personal data:
Name and contact details (telephone number, email address);
Geographic location (country and/or region of residence);
Age or date of birth (for eligibility verification);
Audio and video recordings of your participation;
Technical data (IP address, device information, call metadata); and
Any additional information voluntarily provided during participation.
We may also collect categories of “sensitive personal information” as defined under applicable law, including audio and video recordings of your participation, which may reveal your image, voice, and statements made during sessions. We do not use your Sensitive Personal Information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about a consumer.
10.3 Purposes and Legal Basis

10.4 Data Sharing
Your personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:
Producer and its affiliates – as the production company for all purposes;
Lenovo Group Limited and its affiliates — as Campaign partner for marketing and promotional purposes;
Technology and platform providers — including Microsoft (Teams video), Bionics (call management), Instagram/Meta (live streaming), and Spotify (advertising);
Telecommunications providers — for call routing and management;
Service providers and subcontractors — engaged by Producer for Campaign production and administration; and
Legal and regulatory authorities — where required by law.
We require all third-party service providers and subcontractors to enter into data processing agreements that obligate them to process personal data only on our documented instructions and to implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures. Each of the parties listed above and any third-party service providers and subcontractors may have their own applicable privacy policy in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914), the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or UK Addendum to the EU SCCs, binding corporate rules, or other approved transfer mechanisms under applicable law.
10.5 Data Retention
Personal data collected in connection with the Campaign will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, and in any event:
Contact and eligibility data: for the duration of the Campaign plus 24 months thereafter;
Recordings and content: perpetually, to the extent incorporated into Campaign materials; and to the extent not used in Campaign materials, subject to your right to withdraw consent where applicable; and
Technical and metadata: for 12 months following the conclusion of the Campaign.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may retain personal data for longer periods to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
10.6 International Transfers of Data
Your personal data collected in connection with the Campaign will be transferred to the United States and will be stored on web servers and systems located within the United States. The data protection laws in the United States may differ from those of the country in which you are located, and your information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, or law enforcement in the United States according to the laws of the United States. By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the transfer to, and processing, usage, sharing and storage of your information in the United States and in other countries, as set forth in these Terms.
10.7 Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
Right of access — to obtain confirmation of processing and a copy of your data;
Right to rectification — to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) — to request deletion in certain circumstances;
Right to restrict processing — to limit how we use your data;
Right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured format;
Right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
Right to anonymize, block, or delete – to limit unnecessary or excessive data or data that is not being processed in compliance with applicable law (LGPD);
Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, at any time without affecting prior processing; and
Right to lodge a complaint — with your local supervisory authority (e.g., the ICO in the UK, CNIL in France, or certain state agencies for US states).
Right to appeal — if we deny your request to exercise any of the above rights, you may appeal our decision by contacting us at [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Rights Appeal.” We will respond to your appeal within the timeframes required by applicable law.
U.S. State Privacy Laws — California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana (as of Jan. 1, 2027), Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oklahoma (as of Jan 1, 2027), Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia: Depending on your state of residence, you may have the following rights: (i) the right to know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold; (ii) the right to delete your personal information; (iii) the right to correct inaccurate personal information; (iv) the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the purposes of targeted advertising (including for cross-context behavioral advertising) or for the purposes of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on the consumer; (v) the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and (vi) the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. In some states, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will process all such requests under applicable state law. For Minnesota and Oregon residents, you have the right to request a list of the specific third parties to whom we have disclosed your personal data. For Texas residents, we advise that we do not sell your biometric data or other Sensitive Personal Information to third parties.

11. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the Campaign, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, creative concepts, scripts, recordings, broadcast content, and Campaign materials, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Producer and/or Lenovo, as applicable.
Any content created during or arising from your participation in the Campaign (including but not limited to audio recordings, video footage, photographs, transcriptions, and derivative works) shall be owned exclusively by Producer and/or Lenovo as “works made for hire” to the extent permitted by applicable law. To the extent any such content does not qualify as a work made for hire, you hereby irrevocably assign all rights, title, and interest in any such content to Producer and/or Lenovo, including all copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights therein. You waive any moral rights (including rights of attribution and integrity) to the fullest extent permitted by law, and agree not to assert any such rights against the Campaign Parties or their licensees.
The Lenovo name, logo, and associated trademarks are the property of Lenovo Group Limited. All other trademarks referenced herein are the property of their respective owners. Use of these marks in the Campaign does not imply endorsement beyond the stated Campaign partnership.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
The Campaign is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory;
Producer, Lenovo, Eva, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners (collectively, the “Campaign Parties”) disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
In no event shall any Campaign Party be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Campaign, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, personal injury, or emotional distress;
The total aggregate liability of the Campaign Parties to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Campaign shall not exceed fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50.00) or the equivalent in your local currency;
No Campaign Party shall be liable for any telecommunications charges incurred by you; and
No Campaign Party shall be liable for any failure, interruption, or delay in the Campaign caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, network failures, governmental action, pandemic, or force majeure events.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Campaign Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your participation in the Campaign; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) your infringement or misappropriation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; (e) any content, statements, or conduct by you during your participation; or (f) any claim by a third party arising from advice, guidance, or information you received during the Campaign. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of the Campaign and these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
EACH PARTICIPANT EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ THESE TERMS, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. EACH PARTICIPANT FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTICIPANT AND THE CAMPAIGN PARTIES WITH RESPECT TO PARTICIPATION IN THE CAMPAIGN, AND SUPERSEDE ANY PRIOR OR CONTEMPORANEOUS PROPOSALS, UNDERSTANDINGS, REPRESENTATIONS, OR WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL.
13. General Provisions
13.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California, U.S.A.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
13.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any Campaign-specific rules, privacy notices, or supplementary terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Producer with respect to the Campaign.
13.4 Amendment
We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms at CallEvaNow.com. Your continued participation following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Campaign website and, where practicable, via direct notification.
13.5 Waiver
No failure or delay by any Campaign Party in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
13.6 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent. Producer may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity without your consent.
You agree not to bring any claim, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Campaign more than one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Any claim not brought within this period shall be permanently barred.
13.7 Language
These Terms may be translated into other languages for convenience. In the event of any conflict between the English-language version and any translation, the English-language version shall prevail.

15. Advertising Compliance and Disclosures
Where the Campaign is promoted via paid media channels (including but not limited to Spotify audio advertisements, social media advertising, and digital display advertising), the following disclosures apply:
All advertisements for the Campaign will include, at minimum, a verbal or written direction to visit CallEvaNow.com for full Terms and Conditions;
Audio advertisements (e.g., Spotify) will include a spoken disclosure substantially in the form: “Standard call and data charges may apply. Terms and conditions at CallEvaNow.com.”;
Where space or time permits, advertisements may additionally note that the Campaign is for entertainment purposes only and that call charges may apply; and
All promotional materials will comply with applicable advertising standards and regulations in the relevant territory (including the ASA in the UK, FTC in the US, and equivalent authorities).
Recommended minimum spoken disclosure for audio ads: “Standard call and data charges may apply. Terms and conditions at CallEvaNow.com.”
Note on Audio Ads: The entertainment-purposes disclaimer is not required in the spoken advertisement because all participants must read and accept these Terms (which include the full entertainment-purposes disclaimer at Section 6) and complete the online registration form before any substantive engagement with the Campaign. The spoken disclosure in advertisements is intended to alert prospective participants to potential call charges and direct them to the full Terms.
Pre-Broadcast Verbal Disclosure: Prior to any live session, all selected participants will be verbally informed by Producer personnel that: (i) all commentary and advice provided during the Campaign is for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional advice; (ii) the session will be recorded and broadcast; and (iii) by proceeding, they confirm their acceptance of these Terms. This verbal disclosure shall be documented as part of the casting and onboarding process.
